Two-factor authentication
The new version of enaio® introduces two‒factor authentication (2FA).
2FA significantly enhances the platform's security by using time‒based one‒time passwords (TOTP). Even if login credentials are compromised, access remains protected. The feature can be configured on a user‒specific basis and easily set up via mobile devices using an authenticator app – providing greater security and flexibility when using Single Sign‒On (SSO).
Multilingual Workflows
enaio® expands support for multilingual workflows and catalogs.
Users can now see field labels and catalog entries in their preferred language – ideal for internationally working teams. The multilingual full‒text search also makes it easier to find information. Separate workflows for different languages are no longer necessary – saving time and simplifying modeling.

AI with enaio® KAIROS
enaio® KAIROS, the AI solution for faster and more flexible document processes. With enaio® KAIROS, you can intelligently automate and accelerate document and incoming mail processes. Thanks to AI‒based categorization, incoming documents are automatically recognized and correctly assigned. The pre‒trained AI models from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS precisely identify document types and metadata, and can be retrained with custom data if needed. This guarantees the highest accuracy – quickly and flexibly.

With version 11.10 of enaio®, integration with Microsoft Teams becomes even more powerful.
Now, files can be directly archived from Microsoft Teams into the ECM solution – ensuring that no important documents are lost, even in the flood of chats and channels. Additionally, users benefit from the enhanced security and compliance features of the archiving platform.
