ImportGUI with Office AddIn in Word
Quickly import documents and photos into enaio® and store them in the correct folders. With the AWP Import GUI, you save time-consuming intermediate steps and can file new documents quickly and accurately.
- Import documents into enaio® via the Windows Explorer context menu or the “Save As…” function of any application
- Quickly find possible storage locations or automatically identify suitable ones
- Convenient splitting of files for import and filing of partial documents
- Existing objects can be filtered by various criteria, similar to searching in enaio®
- The application automatically detects whether the file is a document or a photo
- When importing photos, geoinformation (if available) is read from the image file and prefilled into designated fields
- When importing multiple documents/photos at once, the entries from the previous document/photo are retained to ensure fast and smooth processing
